Non seulement, elles sont tr\u00e8s peu nombreuses sur le r\u00e9seau social et lorsqu\u2019elles y sont pr\u00e9sentes, elles sont loin d\u2019exploiter toutes les possibilit\u00e9s qu\u2019offre le r\u00e9seau social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Certes, une marque semble tirer son \u00e9pingle du jeu\u00a0: Yves Saint Laurent, dont le profil Twitter @YSL compte 980\u00a0000 followers. En revanche, pour le reste, peu nombreuses sont les marques d\u00e9passant les 100\u00a0000 followers voire les 10\u00a0000 followers. Prenez par exemple le profil fran\u00e7ais @lorealparisfr et vous obtiendrez \u00e0 peine plus de 10\u00a0000 followers\u00a0: \u00e9tonnant pour une marque de cette ampleur\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pourtant, Twitter pr\u00e9sente de nombreux int\u00e9r\u00eats pour les marques, notamment dans la gestion de leur relation client.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Un lieu d\u2019\u00e9change et de partage<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Twitter est l\u2019endroit id\u00e9al pour <strong>\u00e9changer avec ses clients<\/strong>. Il est facile d\u2019y donner une opinion ainsi que d\u2019y r\u00e9pondre gr\u00e2ce aux courts messages qui facilitent la synth\u00e9tisation des id\u00e9es. Il est \u00e9galement facile d\u2019y partager une info, les nouveaut\u00e9s, les promotions\u2026 D\u2019ailleurs, les clients n\u2019h\u00e9sitent pas \u00e0 partager une info, ce qui permet de cr\u00e9er des diffusions rapides\u00a0: ils le font d\u2019ailleurs beaucoup plus facilement sur Twitter que sur Facebook.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. L\u2019appartenance \u00e0 une communaut\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un peu \u00e0 l\u2019image de ce qui se produit sur Facebook, Twitter procure cette sensation de faire partie d\u2019une communaut\u00e9. Les marques bien g\u00e9r\u00e9es sur Twitter savent d\u2019ailleurs donner ce sentiment aux internautes en les faisant interagir et en leur demandant leur opinion afin de leur donner (l\u2019illusion\u00a0?) d\u2019un pouvoir d\u00e9cisionnel.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Un SAV am\u00e9lior\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u2019est aussi un lieu o\u00f9 les clients viennent <strong>chercher de l\u2019info et des conseils<\/strong> aupr\u00e8s des marques, voire se plaindre lorsqu\u2019ils ne sont pas satisfaits. Mais au contraire d\u2019une plateforme t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique, les internautes se sentent valoris\u00e9s en recevant une r\u00e9ponse sur Twitter. Selon moi, ceci tient en 2 raisons. Tout d\u2019abord, le probl\u00e8me ou la remarque du client se trouvent expos\u00e9s aux yeux de tous. Ainsi, en obtenant une r\u00e9ponse, le client se trouve valoris\u00e9 au sein de la communaut\u00e9 puisqu\u2019il a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir (et \u00e0 prouver, trace \u00e9crite oblige) une r\u00e9ponse personnelle de la marque. Twitter rompt \u00e9galement l\u2019anonymat des plateformes t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques. Le r\u00e9seau social donne l\u2019impression que la r\u00e9ponse provient de la marque elle-m\u00eame et non d\u2019un individu lambda situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019autre bout du fil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ceci n\u2019est qu\u2019un aspect des possibilit\u00e9s qu\u2019offre Twitter pour une marque. Le r\u00e9seau social peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre un <strong>bon moyen pour les marques de se faire conna\u00eetre<\/strong> ainsi qu\u2019un <strong>levier d\u2019acquisition de trafic<\/strong> important pour son site web.
