Pourtant, on oublie souvent combien l&rsquo;internaute lambda peut avoir <strong>du poids sur l&rsquo;opinion des gens via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/strong> Il peut partager son exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 propos d&rsquo;une marque et cr\u00e9er \u00e0 ce sujet un<strong> buzz positif ou n\u00e9gatif<\/strong>, quelle que soit la taille de son r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces quelques exemples montrent \u00e0 quel point les marques sont soumises aux r\u00e9actions des internautes .<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">Coca-Cola et le post aux 2 millions de Like<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">John Cardinal, un jeune californien, a soulev\u00e9 <strong>un buzz sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent <\/strong>sur la page Facebook de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/cocacolafrance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Coca-Cola<\/a> en mettant la marque au d\u00e9fi de transformer leurs canettes en rose puis de reverser 30% des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e0 la lutte contre le cancer du sein. Sa condition pour que Coca mette en place une telle op\u00e9ration : 2 millions de Like sur son post. Irr\u00e9aliste ? Pas vraiment, puisqu&rsquo;au bout de 10 jours, l&rsquo;objectif des 2 millions de Like \u00e9tait atteint. Coca-Cola n&rsquo;a pas surf\u00e9 sur la vague du buzz et \u00a0ne compte pas transformer ses canettes &#8230;mais l&rsquo;ampleur de cette<strong> manifestation participative<\/strong>, m\u00eame si elle n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas recherch\u00e9e, montre aux marques combien les opinions des consommateurs sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux sont d\u00e9licates \u00e0 g\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voici le contenu du post Facebook qui a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 le buzz : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Coca-Cola, j&rsquo;ai une proposition \u00e0 vous faire. Brownies, sp\u00e9culos&#8230;gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 plusieurs centaines de milliers de votes on peut retrouver les nouveaux parfums dans les lin\u00e9aires des supermarch\u00e9s. Pas de quoi alarmer la marque ?
