Voici quelques chiffres, tir\u00e9s de Hubspot, Nielsen et American Express, qui permettent de faire un petit \u00e9tat des lieux fin mai 2013 de l&rsquo;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.odw.fr\/expertises\/agence-social-media\/\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">impact des r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/span><\/a><\/span> en termes de marketing.<\/p>\n<h2>Les marketeurs conscients de l&rsquo;importance des r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/h2>\n<p><strong>21% <\/strong>des marketeurs disent accorder davantage d&rsquo;importance aux r\u00e9seaux sociaux par rapport \u00e0 il y a 6 mois.<\/p>\n<p><strong>74%<\/strong> des marketeurs consid\u00e8rent Facebook comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important dans leur strat\u00e9gie de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de leads.<\/p>\n<p><strong>23%<\/strong> des marketeurs ont investi une partie de leur budget sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux ou un blog depuis d\u00e9but 2013 (+9% par rapport \u00e0 2012).<\/p>\n<h2>Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs de leads<\/h2>\n<p><strong>100%<\/strong> : les r\u00e9seaux sociaux g\u00e9n\u00e8rent 2 fois plus de leads que les salons, le t\u00e9l\u00e9marketing ou le d\u00e9marchage par courrier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>52%<\/strong> des marketeurs ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 trouv\u00e9 un client sur Facebook.<\/p>\n<p><strong>36%<\/strong> des marketeurs ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 trouv\u00e9 un client sur Twitter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>43%<\/strong> des marketeurs ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 trouv\u00e9 un client sur LinkedIn.<\/p>\n<h2>Les consommateurs et les r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/h2>\n<p><strong>30 min :<\/strong>\u00a0le taux d&rsquo;engagement d&rsquo;un post d&rsquo;une marque atteint la moiti\u00e9 de son niveau maximum au cours des 30 premi\u00e8res minutes de diffusion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>46%<\/strong> des internautes se rendent sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux avant d&rsquo;effectuer un achat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1h<\/strong> : 25% des internautes qui se plaignent sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux esp\u00e8rent une r\u00e9ponse dans l&rsquo;heure.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les marketeurs s&rsquo;interrogent souvent sur l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle des r\u00e9seaux sociaux et le retour sur investissement qu&rsquo;ils g\u00e9n\u00e8rent.
