Retour sur l&rsquo;incroyable ascension de l&rsquo;application japonaise.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9j\u00e0 autant d&rsquo;utilisateurs que Twitter<\/h2>\n<p>Alors qu&rsquo;il aura fallu pr\u00e8s de cinq ans \u00e0 Facebook pour atteindre ce nombre d&rsquo;utilisateurs, Line aurait conquis pr\u00e8s de <strong>130 millions de nouveaux utilisateurs<\/strong> rien que depuis le d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e sur un terrain pourtant ultra concurrentiel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lanc\u00e9e en 2011 au Japon<\/strong> apr\u00e8s le terrible tremblement de terre, l&rsquo;application a rapidement \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e par les habitants qui cherchaient des alternatives aux r\u00e9seaux habituels &#8211; alors d\u00e9fectueux &#8211; pour communiquer avec leurs pairs.<\/p>\n<h2>Un succ\u00e8s fulgurant<\/h2>\n<p>Le succ\u00e8s de Line s&rsquo;explique par ses <strong>fonctionnalit\u00e9s tr\u00e8s compl\u00e8tes<\/strong> : un m\u00e9lange de Skype, Facebook et Twitter, le tout avec des stickers un poil kitchs comme les japonais en raffolent (et qui ont r\u00e9cemment vu le jour sur Facebook).<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>prise en main est assez simple<\/strong> :\u00a0\u00a0l&rsquo;utilisateur lie son num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable \u00e0 l&rsquo;application afin de retrouver des amis ou les inviter \u00e0 utiliser Line. Puis, il peut\u00a0<strong>passer des appels gratuitement<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 d&rsquo;autres utilisateurs, \u00e9changer des messages ou encore envoyer ces fameux stickers \u00e0 ses amis, du petit lapin tout mignon \u00e0 l&rsquo;ours ruminant de col\u00e8re. Des identit\u00e9s visuelles qui permettent \u00e0 l&rsquo;application de fid\u00e9liser ses utilisateurs, en leur proposant d&rsquo;acheter de nouveaux stickers.<\/p>\n<p>Mais contrairement \u00e0 Facebook ou Twitter, la majorit\u00e9 des utilisateurs de Line sont inscrits sous pseudonyme, ce qui leur permet de <strong>garder un certain niveau d&rsquo;anonymat<\/strong>. Les dirigeants de l&rsquo;application ont d&rsquo;ailleurs promis de ne jamais envoyer de publicit\u00e9 cibl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Facebook et Twitter doivent-ils avoir peur de Line ?<\/h2>\n<p>Bien qu&rsquo;il soit encore trop t\u00f4t pour parler de v\u00e9ritable menace, l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de Line est en tout cas spectaculaire et l&rsquo;application peut encore s\u00e9duire de nombreux march\u00e9s.
