C&rsquo;est chose faite avec cette \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e en mai 2014 portant sur le comportement de 5 000 utilisateurs de smartphones aux Etats-Unis lorsqu&rsquo;ils effectuent des recherches locales. Voici les r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<h2>Les raisons qui poussent les internautes \u00e0 effectuer\u00a0une recherche locale<\/h2>\n<p>Cette infographie nous informe de la\u00a0mani\u00e8re dont les consommateurs <strong>effectuent des recherches locales<\/strong> afin de trouver des produits ou services. On remarque que les consommateurs effectuent davantage leurs recherches locales\u00a0<strong>depuis leur smartphone<\/strong> (88%) que\u00a0<strong>via leur tablette ou ordinateur<\/strong> (84%). Ce r\u00e9sultat est en somme assez logique : une personne va d&rsquo;avantage \u00eatre amen\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser son portable pour chercher une adresse \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il l&rsquo;a avec lui en permanence.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant\u00a0les recherches effectu\u00e9es sur smartphones, cette infographie nous informe que 54% des recherches sont effectu\u00e9es pour trouver les <strong>heures d&rsquo;ouverture<\/strong> d&rsquo;un magasin, 53% pour trouver comment <strong>se rendre \u00e0\u00a0un magasin<\/strong>, et 50% pour rechercher\u00a0<strong>l&rsquo;adresse de l&rsquo;endroit vis\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi la majorit\u00e9 des recherches sont-elles effectu\u00e9es sur smartphones ?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thinkwithgoogle.com\/intl\/fr-fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Google Think Insights<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0nous \u00e9claire ici sur ce point. On remarque en effet que les\u00a0utilisateurs effectuant des recherches depuis\u00a0les transports, les magasins, au travail ou dans les restaurants utilisent tr\u00e8s largement leurs\u00a0smartphones. En revanche, 76% de ces individus effectuent leurs recherches sur ordinateurs ou tablettes lorsqu&rsquo;ils se trouvent <strong>\u00e0 la maison<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Web-to-store et recherches locales<\/h2>\n<p><strong>50% des personnes interrog\u00e9es se rendent \u00e0 l&rsquo;adresse recherch\u00e9e le jour m\u00eame<\/strong> lorsque cette recherche\u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e sur smartphone. On cerne donc tout l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat pour un magasin ou une entreprise d&rsquo;avoir son adresse visible et mise \u00e0 jour sur internet ainsi qu&rsquo;un bon <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.odw.fr\/expertises\/agence-seo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement naturel<\/span><\/a><\/span>.
