Plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont \u00e0 prendre en compte pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 construire un e-mailing efficace.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>El\u00e9ments de la partie sup\u00e9rieure\u00a0de l&rsquo;e-mail<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Le <strong>pr\u00e9-header\u00a0<\/strong>: apr\u00e8s l\u2019objet de l\u2019e-mail, le pr\u00e9-header est la deuxi\u00e8me chose que les internautes vont voir lors de la r\u00e9ception d&rsquo;un e-mailing. Cet espace est le plus souvent utilis\u00e9 pour introduire des liens (miroirs, vers la version mobile, &#8230;) mais aussi des messages promotionnels.<\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8re ligne textuelle du corps de l\u2019e-mail, il est trop souvent mis de c\u00f4t\u00e9 par les annonceurs. Il repr\u00e9sente pourtant un <strong>excellent levier\u00a0<\/strong>incitant les internautes\u00a0\u00e0 poursuivre la lecture du mail.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Le <strong>logo<\/strong>\u00a0: \u00e9l\u00e9ment important pour une entreprise puisqu\u2019il permet \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise d\u2019\u00eatre reconnaissable imm\u00e9diatement. Id\u00e9alement <strong>plac\u00e9 en haut \u00e0 gauche<\/strong>, il est un des premiers \u00e9l\u00e9ments que\u00a0l\u2019internaute voit. En effet, avec la <strong>lecture en Z<\/strong>\u00a0(comme pour une publicit\u00e9 classique), les yeux du lecteur se portent dans un premier temps sur le haut de l&rsquo;e-mail, puis balayent en diagonale l&rsquo;ensemble du document et finissent par le bas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Les informations de\u00a0<strong>contact<\/strong>\u00a0: ceci doit \u00e9galement <strong>\u00eatre visible rapidement <\/strong>pour inciter le lecteur \u00e0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>contacter la marque. A noter que sur mobile il est primordial que le mobinaute puisse t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner en un seul clic.<\/p>\n<h2>El\u00e9ments\u00a0pr\u00e9sents au c\u0153ur de l&rsquo;e-mail<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019<strong>accroche<\/strong>\u00a0: pr\u00e9sente dans\u00a0la partie sup\u00e9rieure de l&rsquo;e-mail, elle doit <strong>attirer l\u2019attention<\/strong> au premier co\u00fbt d\u2019\u0153il. Cette phrase doit \u00eatre <b>impactante<\/b>, bien visible<b>\u00a0<\/b>et poss\u00e9der au maximum 10 mots.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Les\u00a0<strong>call to action<\/strong>\u00a0: on n\u2019imagine pas une campagne d\u2019e-mailing efficace sans call to action. C\u2019est le point phare de l\u2019e-mail promotionnel. Cet outil, qui se pr\u00e9sente souvent sous la forme d&rsquo;un bouton et\/ou d&rsquo;un verbe d&rsquo;action doit<strong>\u00a0inciter \u00e0 l\u2019action<\/strong> et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 la <strong>conversion vers le site web<\/strong> souhait\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Le <strong>ratio de texte\/image<\/strong>\u00a0: 1\/3 d\u2019images et 2\/3 de textes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement recommand\u00e9s lors de l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une campagne e-mailing et ce, principalement pour <strong>deux raisons<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le <strong>temps d\u2019attention<\/strong> du lecteur est tr\u00e8s <strong>court<\/strong>. Les <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" title=\"Utilisation des images dans les e-mailings - Blog ODW\" href=\"https:\/\/www.odw.fr\/blog\/outils-web\/lutilisation-des-images-dans-les-emailings\/\">visuels<\/a><\/span> permettent de rendre votre message\u00a0attractif ;<\/li>\n<li>limiter le nombre d&rsquo;image r\u00e9duit le risque d\u2019\u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un<strong> spam<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; La <strong>personnalisation<\/strong>\u00a0: c\u2019est \u00e0 vous de jouer, que vous communiquiez sur des produits, sur l\u2019ADN de la marque ou encore sur un \u00e9v\u00e9nement en particulier, gardez \u00e0 l\u2019esprit que c\u2019est la <strong>zone centrale<\/strong> de l\u2019e-mail. Trois questions essentielles \u00e0 se poser : quel message veut-on faire passer ? Quel est notre destinataire ? et \u00e0 quel moment va-t-il recevoir notre e-mail ? Ces derni\u00e8res vous permettront d&rsquo;\u00e9laborer un texte pr\u00e9cis et adapt\u00e9 au public vis\u00e9. Plus il y a de personnalisation, plus l&rsquo;impact sera grand.<\/p>\n<h2>La partie inf\u00e9rieure de l&rsquo;e-mail<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Le <strong>lien pour se d\u00e9sabonner<\/strong>\u00a0: certes ce n\u2019est jamais plaisant de voir un abonn\u00e9 partir mais il est important qu\u2019un lien lui permettant de le faire soit pr\u00e9sent au sein de l\u2019e-mail.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi, il est conseill\u00e9 de remettre les coordonn\u00e9es en contact tels que le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, l&rsquo;adresse mail et le site internet en bas de l&#8217;email, avant le lien de d\u00e9sabonnement.<\/p>\n<p>Ci-dessous, l\u2019infographie de <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" title=\"Infographie - Mailify\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.sarbacane.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mailify<\/a><\/span> qui r\u00e9capitule les 10 ingr\u00e9dients qui vont faire le succ\u00e8s d\u2019une campagne d\u2019e-mailing.
