Job description
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to actively contribute to the agency’s expansion.
As a BDR, your mission will be to identify and qualify new prospects in order to generate business opportunities for our consultants:
- Actively prospect new B2B clients (outbound) via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
- Identify the right decision-makers (marketing, communications, C-level executives)
- Qualify leads, understand their challenges, and secure meetings for the sales team
- Maintain a clear and organized follow-up of all interactions in our CRM
- Collaborate with our consultants to craft compelling outreach messages and sector-specific approaches
- Contribute to market intelligence and continuously improve our prospecting process
Profile required
Requirements:
- You have initial experience in B2B sales prospecting
- You are comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing, with excellent interpersonal skills
