Job description

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to actively contribute to the agency’s expansion.

As a BDR, your mission will be to identify and qualify new prospects in order to generate business opportunities for our consultants:

  • Actively prospect new B2B clients (outbound) via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Identify the right decision-makers (marketing, communications, C-level executives)
  • Qualify leads, understand their challenges, and secure meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain a clear and organized follow-up of all interactions in our CRM
  • Collaborate with our consultants to craft compelling outreach messages and sector-specific approaches
  • Contribute to market intelligence and continuously improve our prospecting process

Profile required

Requirements:

  • You have initial experience in B2B sales prospecting
  • You are comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You are not afraid of cold outreach, especially via phone
  • You are proficient with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, automation tools, etc.)
  • You enjoy taking on challenges, working independently, and learning alongside an experienced team
  • You are curious and results-oriented
  • You have a genuine interest in the communication and digital industries

Job description

  • Definition of SEO strategies;
  • Technical, semantic, and competitive audits;

  • Link building;

Job description

Within the agency’s Acquisition department and under the supervision of a Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Developing media plans: targeting, selecting relevant channels and platforms, defining campaign objectives;
  • Setting up tracking tools;
  • Launching and optimizing media campaigns: Social Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.), Search (AdWords, Bing), Display, Retargeting, etc.;
  • Managing projects in collaboration with creative and social media teams;
  • Maintaining client relationships;
  • Conducting analysis and reporting;
  • Contributing to responses to RFPs.

Profile required

Assistant Social Media Manager – Entertainment

Job description

Within the Entertainment division of the agency, you will work closely with a Social Media Manager and the Head of the division to support the communication, positioning, and image of cultural projects. In this role, you will be involved in the following missions:

  • Development and implementation of social media strategies
  • Participation in the creation of 360° communication plans
  • Ideation of activation campaigns
  • Drafting editorial calendars
  • Content creation for various platforms
  • Briefing creative teams
  • Community management, animation, and moderation (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
  • Implementation of influencer marketing campaigns
  • Management of social ads
  • Analysis and monitoring of ongoing actions
  • Digital and social media monitoring

Profile required

With a background in business school, communication, or journalism, you have a first experience in Social Media, ideally in managing the image of a public figure or in a similar role (self-taught profiles or those undergoing a professional transition are also welcome at the agency).

Requirements:

  • Initial experience in the cultural field, media, or in managing the image of public personalities
  • Excellent writing skills, with flawless spelling and grammar
  • Creative and organized, you know how to highlight your ideas, defend them, and contribute to their implementation
  • Strong listening skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Solid knowledge of pop/urban culture and the digital landscape in general
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Premiere Pro is a plus
